How Do I Return an Item?
Our Return Policy:
We are more than happy to except returns on unopened items sent back to us within 30 days from the original ship date. The buyer will pay for shipment. Refunds will be less shipping costs. Any non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled refunded until the order has been returned.

Defective “Ultimate Hangers” (not Ultimate Hanger that’s been damaged because the clothing weight) may also be returned within 30 days.

customerservice@gollyproducts.com or 954-881-9015 before sending back defective Ultimate Hanger for specific return shipping instructions.

Any Ultimate Hangers cannot be returned because of excessive clothing weight, horseplaying with body weight, excessively bending and not evenly distributing the clothes on both sides of the hanger.

Once the Ultimate Hanger is returned in its original condition and packaging, we will issue your refund, less our shipping charges and restocking fee (if applicable) or send out your replacement Ultimate Hanger
